I like P.J. Brown for 2 reasons:

He's an above average free throw shooter for a man his size.

His contract is expiring soon.

He's the only one, in my book, that meets both of those standards.

The Los Angeles Clippers have a great team with a bunch of good players but most of them aren't signed to longterm contracts. That's not very smart. All the players will just leave. They'll never have a stable relationship. Michael Olowakandi to Spurs?

Well we can't throw stones re: Wilcox-- Boki Najbar was said to be even more ready made -- w/ professional experience.

Why give up on Boki. If scouting reports are accurate trading him will end up haunting us big time.

Morris is the defensive type 3 we need off the bench.

AD would definitely be an asset to your team on the defensive end--he's tough and he plugs up the lane better than most power forwards. Defensively, he almost plays like a centre.

However, he is offensively limited. He has no inside game on the offensive end--you won't see many post moves other than a dunk. He doesn't have a hook shot, even. He is good at drawing fouls, but his jumpshots can lose a lot of games for you. He gets a lot of touches on our team, and he tends to brick his "trademark" 15-18 footers. Check his FG%--it's terrible for a PF.

If a team can get him to just do garbage work and just draw fouls and dunk, he's a useful player. But he's fallen in love with his jumpshot these last few years, and they really hurt the team.

AD is also overpaid, by the way.
