It is good to see things changing in Saudi.

It would have changed quite a while ago but the US supported medieval dictatorship that controls the place, needs the support of the fundamentalists to suppress the people and support our oil policies.

Next thing the non-royal Saudis will try to have a democratic revolution. Then watch the folks like ATW freak that they don't support Israel right or wrong and other neo-con positions.

Looks like the "religious police" is alive and well in Saudi Arabia.

Actually it looks like they are starting to lose their authority. I assume we can agree that that is a good thing.

We can agree on that, but if they can still harass women in malls (and that is far from the only thing they are doing), then it's a long, long, long way to go.

No particular reason. I see you get involved in a lot of Islam-related debates. I know where SJC stands, but I can't quite figure you out. Is all...

He would rather hide the answer from the rest of us...after he lied about it several times. Taqiyya?

They should have been irrelevant. We have the technology to have electric / solar powered cars. But that would upset a few billionaires. They don't care about global warming or all of the unnecessary pollution they are causing.
