Or to the south.

Thanks for the info. on Boxing Day, fadeaway, I never really knew what it was all about. To me it was just a day that the Aussies always slaughtered the Poms at cricket. :)

Hey, we had something similar. Well, the plum pudding with brandy cream and custard, plus pavlova, was *exactly* the same! We also had marinated scallop kebabs, roast chicken, green salad, peas, asparagus, and salmon and swordfish steaks (on the barbeque, naturally). It was hot as hell and we played volleyball on the lawn.

Boxing Day was spent watching *two* cricket matches. We won! Hooray! And Australia did really well against England! Boo!

For Christmas Eve, I made a prime rib with baked potatoes and salad.

For Christmas breakfast, my wife made egg/sausage/cheese casserole for 10 with citrust fruit salad, biscuits, juice, coffee and Moravian sugar bread.

That was the extent of our Christmas food preparation.

    Leftovers galore in every direction.

Damn, rockHEAD, you should open a catering business. That salad sounds delectible.
