    Check it out

I know Cheaney has a little Houston bias being that he won his Coach of the Year Award here but this is some pretty high praise for our guys.

And that's my sleeper team for the year, too." Yes, he really said that. Despite all the powerhouse teams that play out West, Chaney said he wouldn't be surprised if Houston goes from 28-54 last season to the NBA Finals this spring.

Sorry...I wanted to go back and stick that in there too

Chemistry and consistency. Once everyone can catch the passes that Yao throws, and start hitting open shots, look out.

its only a matter of time now. we can make the second round this year.

next seaason posey will act as our doug christie. he will play with energy and his defencive effort will rub off on the rest of the team. this will put us in the top 3 in the west with dallas, sactown, and depending on their offseasons either LAL or SAS.

Cheaney was wrong. Yao could speak Eng before he came to US.

Somebody remind me how Cheaney ever won coach of the year? Wasnt the knock against the Rockets in the pre-Rudy era was outisde of Hakeem, not eveyone came with it every night?

That was the year Hakeem got hit in the eye, and the team went on to win games without him. A pretty big feat considering the talent on that team

Frankly guys, I would really enjoy it if it happened, but it simply doesnt happen...Besides the Rockets of 93, you simply dont just go from the lottery to the finals in one season.

They could but they won't. Unless by some miracle our perimeter shooters start hitting something other then the rim.
