Amongst all the other stuff, apparantly my daughter has been saving up her allowance (I didn't even realize she gets one....she's a dog after all). Anyway, she bought me a couple of nice tickets to the Texans game this Sunday. With little free time, and a keen interest in the Rockets this year, I haven't really been keeping up with the NFL, so I'm not sure what to expect. It must be some kind of exhibition game as their playing some farm team from of all places.....Tennessee.

Oh well, it should be fun.

    I got zilich, nada, nothing.

well actually I got a lot of funny looks from families and kids playing with their new toys outside at 8am while I was on my daily run. I guess Houstonians don't know what runners are like my homies back in Austin. ;)

way late(7 years) $400 college graduation gift from Grandma - Wow...complete shock...wasn't expecting that?

I feel very spoiled...and fortunate. I didn't ask nor want more than a few "requested" items. As usual, I got the overboard treatment. The graduation money was a shock and it took me a while to even accept it.

They have several 20-22" LCD Monitors now. I've even seen 23" ones, but they cost a two to three thousand I think. Max res is "only" 1600x1200. I think the max resolution for just about all 20" monitors is that.

All I know is this thing looks bee yoo ti full when hooked up to my DVI connection on my also new Radeon 9700 Pro. :D

(oh yeah, I knew I forgot to add something to my list up there...)
