There should be more public outcry over refs being held accountable for absolutely horrible calls like this that can shape the entire scope of a series or even worse, potentially the championship picture.
bynum is a black hole, and absolutely incapable of dishing it out to wide open players on the perimeter even if they're staring him in the face. and ramon sessions is just awful.
