I assume you are being sarcastic. Kobe would have never forgiven him if he had shot and missed.

    I am not being sarcastic.

1-8, 5 points for kobe? making kobe shoot jumpers, it's like novocaine, give it time, it always works.

His last shot was a "F- this" shot lol.

just threw one up there, had enough time to do anything, with how they called the game if he got inside the paint they would have called the foul.

This is why the Lakers lost. Brown also played Bynum too much in the 3rd quarter.

lol Bill Simmons with the ultimate jinx

I'm congratulating the Lakers ahead of time for their umpteenth pull-it-out-of-their-butts win of the 2011-12 season.

Kobe is the best bad shot maker in the nba.

Imagine this. If La hadn't been given 42 free throws, the Lakers would be swept.

But still, OKC is lucky to be up 3-1. LAL could easily be up 3-1. Kobe killed them both games 2/4. Don't know why he doesn't trust the same teammates that maintained that lead when he was on the bench. Baffling. It's not like they sucked and he had to jack up those shots.

Well what he did was infinitely worse. He passed on a shot that most NBA players could make in their sleep, and then passed it right to OKC.

Out of all the options Pau had, he chose the absolute worst option.

The "jumpshooters" led by Russell Westbrook take a 3-1 series lead.

Interesting. Did OKC show enough "heart"?

he let a teammate shoot 15-26 for 37 points which kept the thunder in it the entire 2nd half, then durant, who gets to actually take the occasional break on D by guarding artest, got to save his energy for the final 5 minutes where he could start guarding kobe and hit some shots.

    cold-blooded 3 though.

OKC reminds me of the Mavs from last year. Resilient.

Indiana and OKC for the finals plz.

Obviously a turnover is the worst option but shooting wasn't really something he could do in that situation.

Honestly, watching this game, I have no idea how OKC pulled this win off.

Defining moment in Durant's already great young career, no matter what happens going forward this postseason. The dude is amazingly cool under pressure. That shot is so sweet and effortless... almost like a layup. Cold-blooded assassin.
