Of course the whole thing was avoidable, many self defense hypotheticals are. It really has little weight in the case from a legal standpoint unless Florida has some unusual exception. I am sure the leaks were from GZ's attorney. Nothing surprising that they would leak evidence beneficial to their defense in the forum of public opinion. They know that a majority of the jury will already have strong opinions prior to jury selection. The State leaked evidence earlier. At this point it is gamesmanship between the attorneys.
he's more 'black" because he has made the conscious decision to identify with blacks... going to Africa to embrace his father's legacy, changing his name to Barack, marrying a black woman, working for black causes, even adopting Christianity because he considered it an African American institution. Don't know why you'd even mention Harvard when there's many African Americans at Harvard and Obama got in specifically because he was black when his grades and boards were below average for whites, let alone Asians. He might have considered himself more white when he went by Barry and had white folks raise him but Obama is more black than say Tiger Woods who basically considers himself white (once told Oprah he's not "black") even though he was raised by a (mostly) black man and is like 3/8 black but only 1/8 white.
