Can men be ultrasound technicians? I have been talking about going back to school for an Ultrasound Technician Career with my wife. I was wondering can a man be an ultrasound technician. We want to go to school together to save gas and what not and so we can study together. Can anyone please help
you want to go into a career to save gas money during school? please re-evaluate your logic and come back to me
My wife is already planning to go school. What I am asking is if I decide to also do it with her...I would be able to commute with her to school, which would save gas money.
im sure the school offers other career paths... but really i agree with bigtex your logic is pretty ass backwards.
This forum has been so saturated with stupid questions/trolling I can't tell anything apart anymore. I give up.
This, you have to plug the ultrasound-powercable into a vagina to work. 713 do your research before creating threads about this.
Ultrasounds are done for other medical reasons aside from just pregnancy, but obviously you're limiting your options if you don't want to do prenatal. You now face a very critical decision. Choose wisely, or else you will end up like the guy in Indian Jones 3.
Don't be this guy, OP. Going to school just to hang out with your wife sounds like a very poor career choice. Would you want to be an ultrasound tech if your wife wasn't in the picture?
Yes, men can be ultrasound TECHNOLOGIST. It is a very sensitive field for men and it is recommended you add cardiovascular modality under your belt. Job wise is booming. You can't be a mammography tech for sure. Where are y'all attending this program at? There was a guy that did this with his wife. He was a lawyer and xray tech... And ends up dropping it because he got a paralegal job.
