If you were a vagabond and could set up your shopping cart anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Me: San Francisco. Lot's of bleeding heart liberals and good weather.

Somewhere where there isn't much of a winter.

Maybe Austin? Or somewhere by the beach. I would love to live on lake St. Thomas, in a shack down by the water.

If I had to choose I would definitely prefer not to be a hobo though...just sayin.

Austin's not a bad choice either except it's too hot in the summer. San Fran has the edge there.

definitely somewhere in So Cal. Either LA or SD.

SF does not have good weather. It can get quite cold in the winters while So Cal stays around 70-85 most of the year.

Seattle is like Hobo college. They are all just chilling with their buddies and having a good time like they were cutting class

Somewhere really bad in a 3rd world country.

At least I know I won't be the only one that's a hobo, because everyone else is too. I'll have many friends to share the pain.

I was thinking in regards to being able to sleep outside. It doesn't get too hot.

Apparently a large number of people have chosen Sao Paolo for some reason.

San Fran has plenty of homeless people and they probably know something I don't know. But, I don't think that would be my choice. San Franciscans don't seem to have much compassion for their homeless from what I can tell and everything is expensive. All the liberals think the state should take care of them -- and someplace else where they won't be seen -- and the state thinks it needs to slash its budgets.

So, I'll pick Chattanooga TN (on the assumption I remain a white person). It has pretty country and pleasant and mild weather year-round. Stuff is cheap. Less competition with other hobos. Plenty of Christian charitable feeling. Small town friendliness. Stuff is cheap. They've got some affluent people now to keep me funded, but also lots of people of humbler means I can hang out with without a great social class distinction.

My thoughts exactly. Plus the beach where I can use the showers to get a little clean, and swim for exercise would be great.
