I've forgotten how the 7 reserve players are chosen. Is it by the coach?

I believe it is the coach, and this year, I believe that would be Donn Nelson.

The 29 NBA head coaches vote for seven players from their respective conferences (but not from their own team). They have to vote for two guards, two forwards, one center and then two more players at any position. T
