That study is totally right. Ever since I was a little kid, I've been carrying around a sword and saying things to myself like, "Thou hast purchased the potato chips." Now I finally know why. Damn you Dragon Warrior!

I agree. For the first time, now that it's in the news, I've seen this 'Grand Theft Auto' game. I come to find out that my little brother even has the first edition. If you think kids should be playing this game, you've got a screw loose. The makers of this game should be thrown in jail just like the ones who had a hand in the Enron situation. They're harming kids, plain and simple, and making money off of it.

For those who say "you're responsible for the choices you make", that is complete B.S. We're talking about KIDS here. Like DaDakota said, buying games like GTA should have the same guidlines as getting into an R-Rated movie, if not stricter. Once makers of this filth have to deal with this restriction, hopefully they'll be put out of business.

I don't like a lot of those games so I don't play or buy them. I used to like Mortal Combat, but I also know the difference between a game and real life.

I like Freaks idea of making those games hard to buy for kids. Maybe a violence tax would be attached to the game. Then the government can turn around and use that money to research the effects of violent games.

I really don't know, I'm just throwing out some ideas.
