I know it's his first season but I expected more from Shaq. He lacks insight, and he doesn't seem to have much respect for the legends that revolutionized the game. I get the feeling he wouldn't give credit to Olajuwan if he did't meet him in the finals and get swept by him. I thought he would be much funnier, but his entire act has been picking on Chuck, and saying jokes about how great he is. He was only good in post game interviews.

I would be happy if it was just Kenny, Charles, and Ernie. I got tired of Miller, and Webber but they are better than Shaq. I think Shaq was only good for this season. I mean how many times can you show the same fight? Who do you think they should bring on? What about Clyde?

Definitely don't want him back. I have to believe TNT knows they made a mistake. Shaq isn't the kind of guy you can listen to on a regular basis.

I don't think he cares about the job much considering how rich he is.

TNT with EJ, Kenny and Chuck was already the best sports show on TV for the past 6-7 years.

You can't fix what wasn't broken. Shaq adds nothing to the show. Actually he dumbs it down now.

Shaq is absolutely awful to listen to. Cringe-worthy and an embarrassment overall.

clyde would have been better, but i dont think he fits in with the cast. if theyre going to add a 4th i want it to be a coach with a passion for the game much like jvg and adelman.

i believe the reason why they keep taking barkley off the show is because he keeps talking over ernie while hes trying to do things like the play by play. they keep bringing him back even after all the dui's because the ratings drop when he's not there. part of shaqs job is to be the enforcer. i noticed chuck was less grouchy last night when shaq was out.

I thought Shaq wanted to be a cop, not a clown commetator. Come on Shaq -- pursue your dream. You are rich enough.

Webber was the bomb, but guess he will be a commentator in the future. Payton was good, maybe they should take him back.

He is a poor mans Charles Barkley. Charles is funnier, more irreverent and doesn't try as hard. I'm surprised at how badly this is going.

I'd like him back. He didn't fit in at first, he tried too hard and didn't have good chemistry with the others. In recent months, I've enjoyed him a lot more. His insight improved too.

Chris Webber is very entertaining. I prefer him where he is, switching between an analyst in the studio and a game commentator.

    His voice is too deep.

He's just a filler for Metta.

Shaq is horrible. I am hoping he gets canned after this season, and then be replaced by Tim Duncan when he retires. Duncan is funny, has won championships, and oh by the way, you can actually understand what he says.

They also should have MWP as a regular guest analyst, retired or not. The guy is simply too funny

    Here's my vote.

Shaq is funny, but the problem with him is that its hard to understand what he is saying have the time. The guy mumbles his words and just doesn't have a smooth loud voice I can listen to.
My vote would be 2 choices: Rick Kamla.. although I doubt nbatv would let him go.
Gary Payton: Not a fan of him, but I think he understood the game and you can actually understand what he is saying.
Or hey , just leave EJ, Kenny, and Charles.
