I also noticed how good Webb was during yesterday's game. His player's perspective and explanations added a lot of value. His delivery is also really good.

I'm glad people noticed him, he did a great job. I already think he's one of the the better color analyst for the NBA. Hopefully he gets more games.

He's the Troy Aikman of basketball commentators.

He had a timing problem in college, too.

He did the Mem-LAC game 1 as well. I agree he gives good insights.

His chokiness cost Rick a ring (I know the refs did too), but I really like him as an analyst. Remember when Rockets maybe signing Webber was a hot topic in the GARM? I can't remember which off-season that was, but it was the Francis era, pre-Yao I think. I'm sure partner knows. I recall him being in love with Chris.

2001. But he merely used us as a negotiating tactic to resign with the Kings. :(

He's a great commentator but I think his rhythm is a little off.
Hopefully it gets a bit better after some years of experience. JVG's flow is killer. I don't know how he does it!

Hes a natural commentator. A LOT better than 80% of the color commentators we have in the leageu today.

Webber is doing a decent job, but his performance isn't anything special. I don't think he'll get much better, either. That said, he's still better than about 85% of all commentators. He manages to not annoy me, so far.

    whoa ...couldn't disagree more.

Webber speaks WAY too long on each point. Each insight takes 2-3 full plays for him to articulate.

It's kind of like noticing when the audio isn't sync'd with the video ...once you notice how long he speaks, you can't stop noticing that haha. I agree with the things he's saying, he just needs to wrap it up in half hte time.

Reminds me of a video game with canned commentary. Forced and awkward.

    Chris Webber is very good.

Reggie Miller on the other hand sucks bad. Real bad. Why does he still have a job?

I agree. I can't even watch it anymore since shaq is on there. With that said, do you think they will bring Shaq back next season?

    THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reggie Miller is annoying during all-star weekend and during normal games. He is by far the most annoying commentator in sports.

    C-Webb is dope though.
