Well ladies and gents, I had heard a buzz around here that some of us wanted to scoop up Danny Fortsen from the Celtics....he has been traded to Toronto for C Sean Marks and G Alvin Williams. This makes a pretty formidable front line for Toronto and has added some depth. Seems the Celts are the losers in the deal. They wanted Fortsen's 11 RPG, so they got rid of a premier small forward, Mercer, and now have very little to show for it.
Fortsen was ripe. Pitino is gone. Heads would roll if I was owner of the Celtics...even if Red pulled the Mercer trade.
