Pretty good... I think they're stepping up their game when it comes to the videos they're putting together.

Unrelated to the video, but I've always appreciated Kobe's candor and willingness to talk about his game, his influences, his life, etc. I feel like we have a far more complete picture of who Kobe the person is than we do with Lebron for example. And although Kobe is undoubtedly a giant prick, knowing who he is allows me to appreciate him more.

First to say no Rockets championship mention, if your gonna give me "they are not in the playoffs" argument, they showed the Pistons plenty of times......

Edit: they showed the first championship team raising the trophy at the 1:38 mark for 1/2 sec, lame......

well said, i agree mostly, except the giant prick part, I ran into kobe a bunch of times before and had the opportunity to see his interactions with ordinary people, including myself, off the camera, he's very very polite and seemed like a genuine nice guy

Way better than anything ESPN could come up with, but still not as good as Bob Costas with NBA on NBC.

I disagree, I think we see far more instances of Lebron showing his fun easy going attitude than Kobe. Lebron is always smiling and laughing and dancing. Kobe is just a cocky prick. The reason he's much more laid back now is because he knows everyone rides his D*** and compares him to jordan and garbage like that. If he only had 1 or 2 championships like he deserves I doubt he'd be so blasé during interviews. He's overrated.

It's kind of eerie what the video says as it shows Rose considering he got injured after the vid...

Costas douchy as he is, is good with that

I guess after they mentioned Hakeem, they had to put in an obligatory Rockets team add

With the way the video flowed, I didnt expect itd feature honors to past teams, honestly. I'm happy with that little bit. Unless I'm mistaken, they didnt even show Shaquille O'Neal who WORKS for TNT, who was a 3 time Finals MVP.

(And to me, that NBA Jam'esque announcer call of "Griffin just MOZGOV'ED Pau Gasol" did NOT fit in the classic theme)

true, but they showed plenty of Lakers/Heat clips

at least ABC shows a few shots of the Rockets for both years
