    Who's already in:
Ray Allen, Jason Kidd, Tim Duncan, and Tracy McGrady.

Who's on the committe's wish list: Kobe, Shaq, Iverson, Garnett and (rumor) Bibby or Francis.

Who I think should be on the team:

Vince (should he ever be healthy again).
    Webber
Either a college player takes this spot or have a veteran with a final goodbye tour.

That's 12 players. I'm sure Brand will come up, but...

Should the wish list players confirm, that leaves three rosters. Who do you think should fill it up?

What about Lebron James for 2004? If he shows himself to be amazingly good. Normally the team has one college guy or somethin - ex. Laettner, Jay Williams. So why not put LeBron on, who is the age of a college guy but has such amazing game?

But which NBA veteran who has been busting their ass in the Association for years would you take off to put on a High Schooler? I really don't think that is fair to the veterans. LeBron will get his chance down the road but not now. True they have put on college guys in the past but I really don't think back then it was the fair thing to do, especially at the expense of NBA veterans that want to be on the team. I would be pissed if LeBron made the team and Francis did not!

Notice that i said for "2004". If LeBron is amazing as he seems to be, he'd already have a year in the NBA and he'd be ready for international competition. Obviously I would prefer Steve Francis...but I would have put Franchise in ahead of Baron or Jay this year too.

If I am correct they are going to have one guy from the qualifying round thing they had which has to be Michael Finley. HE could more thenl ikely take Ray's spot.

I have no problem with that. I like Finley. He is a pretty decent defensive player with a nice offensive game and is a hard worker and a team player. Excellant choice for the team if that is the case.

Chris, I think that team is pretty much what I would choose as well.

I wouldn't have Payton on. He's allready been on 2 or 3 consecutive teams and I would give his spot to someone who would enjoy the experience much more like Francis or even someone like Cassell.

    PG-Kidd, Steve, Miller
    SG-Kobe, Finley, Iverson
    SF-KG, McGrady
    PF-Duncan(C/PF), Webber
    C-Shaq, Brand(C/PF)

Alternates - 2 veteran NBA players that have never been on the team but are worthy of making the team

    Magic Johnson, Steve Francis
    Michael Jordan, Isiah Thomas
Larry Bird, Dominique Wilkins, Clyde Drexler
    Charles Barkley, Tim Duncan
Hakeem Olajuwon, Patrick Ewing, David Robinson

Originally I had Stockton and Malone on there, but I don't want those jerks representing me, so I replaced them with Francis and Duncan. You get all of the retired players in training right now. They should all be in shape for one more run in 2004. Shades of the original Dream Team in there. :D
