    None of the other three "2nd best" teams ever had the 14th pick (or the respective year's equivalent pick) 3 times in a row though. All 3 teams, at least at one point in their 3 year streak, were the best team in their CONFERENCE/DIVISION to not make the playoffs, but not the best team in the entire league to not make the playoffs.
