Comcast can be relatively expensive, even when bundled.

However, right now for 12 months you can get the "Double Play" which is basically TV and Internet for $70

I highly recommend not getting Comcast.
If you never get a problem with their service then great, but if you get a problem with your internet or your cable then it is a b**** to fix it. Nearly all of their service agents have no idea what they are doing and it usually takes them weeks to even come out here to check.

My internet is still on the fritz because Comcast service agents are completely inept at what they are paid to do.

EDIT: Get Verizon FiOS service instead.

Comcast seems to be so hit and miss with people. For me, it works great and I actually had a problem recently about two weeks ago and even though their support representative was incompetent, he was able to get someone to my house in two days.

Verizon FiOS is not available in Houston (you can blame at&t for that) , it may be in certain surrounding area's.

Best Comcast deal is when you return your boxes and remotes and tell their horrible customer service folks to shove it

Just wait until Comcast starts shoving as many people as they can into your local node just to cut costs. That's what happened to my neighborhood. Everyone gets ****ty connection because Comcast likes to cut corners.

Comcast is so bad. Very expensive. Random lag spikes. Some downtime. Too bad its the only high speed provider around here.

Also the bandwidth cap. However I guess I can't knock them too much since everyone seems to have one now a days.

Its a soft 200gb cap (upload and download). Its not bad, most people won't reach it. If you repeatedly go over they'll cancel your service. But if your a large family with video streaming, VoIP, gaming downloading you get close. Luckily I'm away for school and don't have to deal with it.

2.3 per hour.. I watch the **** outta Netflix, and it's always HD. I'll watch at least a couple of hours of The Office episodes every night. So at that rate let's say it's 4.5 GB per night. That's 31.5 GB per week. That's 126 GB per month JUST from watching some episodes of the Office a night. Not counting regular movies, Xbox Live, downloading movies, seeding torrents, watching p*rnography etc. Hmmm... I'm gonna try my best to reach that limit now.
