i like having courtney lee on our team. always hu$tles - makes pretty good decisions - good outside shooter - solid defender.

i just wish he was 2 or 3 inches taller...

    i say we keep him.

I hope no team offers more than 6 mil/year. Any more than that is seriously overpaying.

5 years for 40mills would be good. Solid player, we need him.

That only applies to unrestricted free agents.

SnT is still very viable with restricted FA.

He's good not great and doesn't have to potential to be so. That's the problem. We don't need more role players especially back at a higher price. We need to find a SG with potential. He'd be a good sixth man/fringe starter on a contending team.

He's a good starter on a contending team which has star players at other positions. For example he's the perfect type of shooting guard to start alongside D-Will and Dwight Howard.

However, he will never carry an offense.

Yeah this. CLee is a nice player and I think he'd be a no-brainer to keep if we were already contending but with this team essentially on the brink of finally rebuilding you need high potential guys especially at the starting 2.

I think 5mil a year is about what he's worth but some team will offer him more.

Lee would be a good signing at the MLE. I hope that's the ballpark we're looking at to retain him. I certainly hope it isn't more than that. It'll be an interesting summer, that's for sure.

he is a competitor for an undersized 2...but he makes up for it...by playing great defense...

Believe me he is wanted back by almost everyone. He is a starter in this league at SG for many years.

Depending on how the Bulls postseason goes, I think they're the team that will offer a contract.

If he gets around the same amount of money that Lowry got,I think Les will match it. Martin will be traded when his value gets higher IMO.

Why would a rebuilding team pay a bench player 6mil a year when we can pick up an equivalent player in the draft, but for much cheaper.

Good point. Although I am not sure how its a great idea to dump Kevin Martin, Dragic, and Lee. Sounds like terrible rebuilding to me. Got to keep some of the young talent.
