Okay, I'm just fed up with this. ESPN is crap. I go to ESPN.com and there, on the headlines again is this high-schooler. I click on NBA and, again, I see him. After hearing his name a bazillion times on various sports shows, I am just plain angry.

I'M SICK OF HEARING ABOUT LEBRON JAMES!!!

When I want to hear news about the NBA, I want to hear news about the NBA. Not college. Not high school. I DON'T CARE ABOUT HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL!. If I did, I'd go digging into the college and high-school sections of sports websites.

Yeah, sure, you may say "he's the future of the NBA." Okay, maybe he is, maybe he isn't. He certainly is not presently in the NBA! The kid could blow out is knee tomorrow, and fall off the face of the Earth for all we know. And how many other high-school greats are out there who aren't getting plugged by ESPN??!?! About a bazillion.

No. This is crap. Nothing more than crap. I'm sick hearing this crap, and I want it to go away.

i think this is what is destroying the NBA. High School kids in the Nba is not good in my opinion! They arent ready for the NBA! i dunno maybe its just me, but i think players that have gone to college are much more respectable in the NBA!

If a kid's got skill...he's got SKILL. I mean, why discriminate because of the age? If you did that...the NBA could have never seen Dominique, Kemp (he was awesome with Seattle), Kobe, Garnett, T-Mac be the players they were/are.

Players need to join the league when they feel ready to. It's up to them. A couple years in college can hurt a players draft opportunity.

I say leave it to the Skill and the Player to make the decision whether they are ready or not.

    heh...it ain't easy

Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett did all right...so did Jermaine O'neal. Moses Malone.

They should go to college, but if you were as good as Lebron James, would you want to go to college for a year or two or would you just go straight to the NBA and get quick cash? He's already rich and famous...

Who will win the lottery for the #1 pick?!?

I'll never root for a guy who refers to himself in third person and calls himself "King". So I'd like to say, I'm sick of hearing LeBron James anywhere!
