The dude is still hurting, wait till after his 2nd surgery/rehab. I'm guessing they'll remove the remaining bone spurs?. Still too early to give up on someone on that small a contract, with that nice a mid range shot.

Lol... People, try not to be homers...... that is what made us mediocre.... thinking we have potential very good to allstar players.... while we have only role players

Landry was a pretty good offensive specialist who can put up 16 or 18 ppg consistently.
Patterson was projected to be an allround guy, he could do all things well, but not great. Landry was not great, but he was very good at scoring.

THere's a syndrome on this site to hype, every young prospect we have. It has happened every single year I've been on this site. I don't know why, especially when a player isn't valued by other teams or they haven't seen anything that leads them to selecting a particular player or trading him for very little. From the hype of Patterson, Motiejunas, Morris, Parsons (later on), Dragic, Dalembert (early on), Lin, and etc. You would get the impression that we had some sort of Dream Team on our hands, instead of group of truly unproven, continually developing players.

If Landry's the better player at this point, wouldn't it have been a mistake for Morey to trade him instead of keeping Scola?
