Is it wrong to be offended or annoyed that people in Western countries believe this would work? Or is it no biggie because of the lack of real monetary or physical harm?
placebo effect at its finest.. The question is: If we can trick our mind to the point of better health or balance, is it best to be naive and just accept ideas like these????
"Balance and Power" could be a track on your next hippity-hip album "Constructive Criticism." "Power and balance, balance and power, the song is three minutes but I could go for an ow-wah."
Bunch of gimmicks like this. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/seysNzaCEhs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
So fake! Had a guy at the mall try to sell me one. First he tested my balance with the strap by pushing down on my forearm which i did pretty good on. Then he took it off and pushed down on my actual hand which obviously makes you lose balance.
LOL! Jedi mind tricks work only on WEAK-MINDED people. That's not a gimmick, sir. Her butt is REAL.
Question: If it is a plecebo but gets the desired effect . . . would that mean it is actually working? The results are what matters right? Rocket River
