I have been assured time and time again by people who have actually watched Lull play a lot in person that he is not a point guard. I think his place on this team would be as a back up SG, but at his age I'm not sure he bring a lot to the table.

I say neither. Dragic is going to Portland and Lowry is going to butt heads with the coach and leave the team.

Somehow get Nash to come to Houston... trade everyone, but keep Dragic, and get Howard or Aldridge somehow...

Tought one. Really when you have two players of similiar caliber like this, the decision is made based upon the teams future line up. Either one could be kept but who will fit better in next years team? I think lowry is the better passer, whereas dragic is more of a scorer. Both are high energy, aggressive and can play defense, but dragic can guard bigger players. I think lowry's accomplishments have been forgotten since his time out, and in that time dragic has shined. I have a feeling that both players have shown us close to their maximum production. They both are very good PG's, but i think after an 82 game season people highs on dragic will go away but i also think that lowrys game will be exposed. I think both are still a bit wild, dragic IMO now shows greater control of the court than kyle.

if i had to choose one today, id pick dragic because of his unique attributes. Having a big, fast PG who is a lefty is not that common.

Who do i think will stay? Lowry. Morey and lowry are buddies. As long as kyle shows up next season to play, which i think he will, then i wont be dissapointed.

both are similiar caliber, and keeping both would be awesome.

eh, Dragič is way better, no brainer there really... Being from Europe, seen them both play many times for different clubs, nations, in at the same time/game too. He's no Carlos Navarro, also at his age, I don't see a potential in him like I can easily say for Goran, who is on the rise...all he, GD, needs is big minutes as a pg regularly and a team that supports or believe in him. Houston might be the right choice, I want to believe...or Portland if you want, Phoenix...team that will allow and encourage him to be creative and aggressive, not number one shooting option, like we're witnessing now, after all he is a pure PG. I think for him, given his previous assignments as a back-up, it (I could be wrong though, he has improved his shot a lot over the last two years or so).

I honestly think Dragic won't resign and Lowry will have to be traded because he's pissed.

If we're lucky this streak will continue, Dragic FA value will plummet, we can resign him with little competition, and we'll have the choice.

Never know what the Rockets will do, but mine would be Dragic. If Lowry had not acted up recently, the answer might have been different.

Doesn't matter. ;) Obviously the new back-up PG will come in and take over and steal Lowry or Dragic's job. Isn't that how it works around here now? :p

Brooks took over for Alston, Lowry for Brooks, Dragic for Lowry, ???

I want Sergio Llull but don't think he's coming over until the 2013-14 season if he doesn't sign a long-term deal with Real Madrid! He wants to come over & play but until then as good as Dragic has been I'd rather keep Lowry (unless he can be packaged to move up on draft night) since he has less years on his contract. Lowry was playing at an all-star level until he had to sit out! Llull can play behind him for a season then Lowry's contract is over at the end of the 2013-14 season & Llull can be our starter going forward, maintaining cap space if need be!
