We take them for granted (well, maybe not CD himself).

What the Rocket Organization has done is just damn impressive.

It's not just a couple of players dropping out of the sky that make a championship team.

I am convinced that the Rocket's Organization is one of the best, if not the best in the league.

I think it's really beautiful. This team has been rebuilt in just a fews years. We are almost 2 starting squads deep

    Francis G
    Moochie G
    Mobley G
    Posey G-F
    Rice F-G
    Griffin F
    MoT F
    Yao C
    Cato C

You gotta figure that Hawkins will get a fair amount of time as a stopper, so that's 10. (Maybe this team will start blowing out some folks and get some decent time for Hawkins, TMo, Boki, and at some point, Collier.)

    Wow.

This team will be our team. We are no Yankees or Bail Raisers, treating the rest of the league like a farm system. These players are mostly young and being developed in Houston. The chemistry is developing as the players mature; I don't think you can replace that. Other than Rice, they will pretty much all be recognized as a Rocket, and nothing else.

Finding talent, trades for other rooks/young players, bringing along the young players, building team chemistry, bulding a balanced squad with depth and no holes, creating a multi-threat offense and tough defense w/ shot blockers (...oh...and winning a coin toss!)....I think they've done it.

In the 'game' of back-offices, I think they've kicked everyone else's arse.

That's a big THANKS and CONGRATS to the Rockets Org for doing such a bang-up job in just a few years.

    Cohen,

    Well said.:) :)

Overall they judge talent incredibly well and are excellent deal makers.

Posey is perfect for this team.

The great thing about the Rockets organization is that theyre not lazy. They always try to improve the team. Now if they would stop making these stupid contract decisions.

Jame Posey should be a nice addition to the team.

Exactly. They also unearth talent better than others; we seem to fill specific needs with players right under other team's noses.
