so tommorrow night we need to win....then hope suns lose again....before suns play at Utah we have ORL and Utah and hopefully ORL can pull out a win on the road..then the utah suns game will be a toss up... BUT BIG GAME tommorrow night Chicago at Miami..rockets fans need to cheer on the Bulls cause if they win, that will seal up the number one seed for them, almost assuring mIAMI will rest starters against Houston
This is like a broken record, but tomorrow night game is HUGE against the Hornets. They're definitely tired from the whooping the Grizzles put on them, however they've been kicking butt and taking names at home. The Suns have a game against the clippers but the Suns are like 2-1 against them this year. IF we both lose or win then its only a little worse position for us then tonight. If we win and the suns lose, then we certainly are back in the game being tied for the eighth spot needing only the Jazz to lose one. Plus it might give us a little confidence for the final few games by getting a game on the road in a hostile enviorment (they have a better fanbase that we do based on the opinions of the forums.) However, if the suns win and we lose, we'd be about on life support on making the playoffs. With the way we been playing with no urgency, I'm not sure we can beat Miami without Wade and Bosh. I never saw this five game losing streak coming. About a week ago we were talking about almost getting home court in the first round and beating the Lakers.

Wish Chicago would not have lost to the wizards on Monday...looking back that hurt us...cause bulls game tomorrow would not have meant as much..both teams I think resting up for tomorrow...Miami today wade and bosh didn't play....rose and deng did not play....I have a feeling all.will play tomorrow night!! At least its fun watching all these other games that somehow tie into.the rockets playoff hopes
Not worried about Hornets and Warriors... We're the better team and we're desperate. Should be wins. While the game in Miami is both a 2nd game of a back to back for both the Rockets and Heat so there's a possibility that you could see Miami resting some of their starters. Hope the Jazz lose 1! Betteryet, 2! We could still do this!
Who says the Heat will be resting all of theirs players? They still player either Wade and Bosh or Lebron on some nights. Anyhow yeah it could happen still.
It's much more likely that the Heat rest some of their players against the Wizards the previous night than they do against us because they can still win that game without all of the big three. It's the same approach they are taking for the Tor/Chi back to back.
It isn't over till we lose the next 2 games to paperweight because if we lose next 2 to those world beaters, anyone know where we can find cheap paper bags with 2 holes?

Although you are entitled to your opinion, I started this thread for people who still believe in the rockets and to bring some positive energy....there are 50 other threads that are bashing.the rockets and saying we have no chance where your comments would fit in better
That would be a lot of confidence for them going to the playoffs.....plus it would get most of the bandwagon fans back
I most definitely still believe!!! I'm like one of the few that still do, people make fun of me that its over its over forget bout it think bout next season but I still feel we can go 4-0 we just won 4 on the road against a tough Bulls team so we can still do this. I just wanna prove wrong all the people that gave up on us and just show everyone we are a playoff team. I tell people you can laugh right now and make fun of me but laugh at me when we're in the playoffs. Ugh I can't wait till tonight!!!! AMAZING games, we HAVE to win, Lob City HAS to beat the Suns, and Bulls have to beat Heat!
Here's what it comes down too. We need Phoenix to lose to either Clippers, San Antonio, Denver 3-1 We need Utah to lose to either Portland, Orlando, Phoenix 2-1 We need to beat New Orleans(2), Golden State, Miami 4-0 I'm pretty sure that Phoenix is irrelevant at this point. They are going to most likely lose at least 1 game and that all we need. But we also need Phoenix to beat Utah because I can't see Utah losing to anyone else.
