    I am a Chinese and can read all the words in the cartoon, but still don't understand :)

    Well roughly, the black guy is Charles, he questioned Yao at draft and doubted him, .... , at the end, they become buddies and Yao tells him that he's been his favorite NBA player. Something like that.

    The thing I like about it, is that Yao is wearing the Rockets jersey and not China's jersey.
