Well he was put in franchise savior status, to the level of Lebron, Rose nad he was supposed to be that star saving guy for the wizards. Lookk at those guys and how they progressed from rookie to sophomore, from them, KD, so on. Wall literally just did not better. And if you say its because his teammates, look at LBJ's teammates first two years. So that is why he is a disappointment and overrated, but obviously still good, but didn't progress like he was cooked up to be. Ofcourse sitll young and got time
