I don't think anyone on the Rockets is overpaid. Martin is on a fair market value contract for his services (when healthy). But I guess he does have the [least favorable] contract, so I voted for him. But that doesn't make him overpaid.

The problem is...there was nothing he could do. Should he blow up the team even though Yao was on it? What would the fans think, that the FO gave up on Yao before it was obvious he was done....Morey's hands were tied. There was no tanking that season, not when there was even the slightest possibility of Yao returning because fans are fickle, and will complain whatever he does....
'none of the above'..... we dont have anyone being overpaid on our roster. Whether the future years on Scola's deal are beneficial, remains to be scene...but for what he's getting pid now vs comparable players - he's a steal. Kmart is the obviouse choice, and while he has been less than spectacular, were it not for his injury, his paycheck would be the hghest -but still reasonable...
I chose Martin because no team will pay him that much to be 1 dimensional and seems to be weak in overcoming injuries. Dalembert would be next, he gets paid highly to sit behind Camby which isn't right, it is his undoing. If pay is according to play, MMorris takes the cake, but we are paying for his hype. KMart, you better show up in the playoffs, or he is going to join TMac.
Martin was very properly paid for what he was last year, the year before, etc. This year, obviously, I cannot contest the poll's claim. But I think he still has it in him to be completely worth that, just a bad set of circumstances (and granted, a bad response to those circumstances).
