what on earth would cause seemingly rational people to wait in line from 6am to eat chicken... screw that, to eat ANY FOOD! its just freakin' food. that chicken better be laced with crack. Houston... the fattest city in the nation. good grief
People standing in line to suck the bones? Ahh...I miss the good 'ol college days when I was quite the stud with the young ladies on campus.
I haven't yet, but I plan to when the hoopla dies down. It's only 10 minutes from my house, and I am a fried chicken FREAK!
I have family in Guatemala and I went there when I was really young, but I never heard of this restaurant before in my life. I have a feeling my dad is gonna want to check it out sooner or later.
Where the hell is this place!!??? I'm not a big fried chicken fan, but this sounds interesting -- and it's always cool to be at the inception of a craze.
I'd go out of my way to try it. I love foreign foods, I keep looking for a fast food Indian resturant in Austin, but haven't found one yet. I hope they bring a Pollo to Austin too. If Houston is too fat, then sucking on the bone might prevent another bite. Go Pollo!!
