    anybody lives in Pearland?

    how much do you pay for windstorm insurance as well as hazard.

    especially the west side of 288. lot of Red lobster customers.

    i was hoping to find something on the silverlake area but blah.

    unless you work in Pearland, that city is the worst place to live.

    1. traffic
    2. windstorm insuranfce
    3. flood insurance
    4. TAX is 3.6
