I don't care what yall say about him messing up the offensive chemistry I don't think he does that I just see he brings offense when needed. I think he is gonna become more of an offensive threat as the season goes on. I like the way he played defense last night. Yeah he may have made mistakes in the past but I think sometimes yall are just haters and don't see the offense his is capable of bringing to the team. I think he is gonna start playing better on defense you could see it in his effort last night.

Wasn't there the exact same thread titile after the Philly game (when he came back from the IR). Not to blame you HoustonTx211 for your repetitiveness, just an example of Cat's inconsistancy....

    WE NEED HIM
    TRADE HIM
    WE NEED HIM
    TRADE HIM

I guess that is just an example of Francis inconsistency as well right? Aren't the same threads written about Mobley also written about Francis? So you're saying that Cat AND Francis are inconsistent?

Yes RocksMillenium, I do think they are inconsistent but I don't think we need to trade them. They're young and brash and, IMO, has to go through the hard knocks of the NBA like every other big star has (Yao's gonna have to go through them at some point too). But, they are what we have now and they are all we need.

That's why you have to give team like this several months to gell.

He gives you 18 points a night in a offense that is overloaded with offensive players like Steve Francis,Yao,Rice.
I mean alot of times he is the last person to get the ball at the last second when nobody else could get anything going.
Yet he still brings 18 points a night and can explode on certain nights. I just see him becoming more and more of an offensive weapon as time goes on.

I think it was last year or the year before last that Rudy T. said Mobley is one of the best players in the NBA. So he's probably not going anywhere.

We do need his abilities, but we really need him to be more of a 2nd option type player.

Take the ball out of his hands, and let Yao and Steve have it the most.

Cat can still get his shots, but off other peoples penetration or passing.
