I think so, but I'm not sure. It took me over a week to figure out that he's not actually saying anything when he sings. I love that. Lyrics are overrated.

You either have a lot of computers, or multiple soundcards. How do you listen to so many songs at once? Doesn't it give you a headache?

A fair portion of their catalog is sung in Hopelandic, which is gibberish, but he does sing in Icelandic on several songs.

I haven't been able to see them live yet, but I'm sure Manny can attest that it is nothing short of a religious experience.

Yup, saw them at the Ryman in Nashville on Valentine's Day of '06, a month and a half before she came into my life! :p

Takk - track 1 off "Takk"
Glosoli - track 2 off "Takk"
Ny batteri - track 5 off "Agaetis Byrjun"
Saeglopur - track 6 off "Takk"
    Njosnavelin - track 4 off "( )"
    E-bow - track 6 off "( )"
Gong - track 8 off "Takk"
Andvari - track 9 off "Takk"
Hoppipolla - track 3 off "Takk"
Meo Blodnasir - track 4 off "Takk"
Olsen olsen - track 8 off "Agaetis Byrjun"
Hafsol - track 7 off "Von" (radically different version live than what is on the studio album)
    Encores were as follows:
Svo Hljott - track 10 off "Takk"
Heysatan - track 11 off "Takk"
    Popplagio - track 8 off "( )"

The full review of that concert can be found here:

Definitely plan on seeing them again the next time they come to Nashville and/or Bonaroo which reminds me - anyone going to Bonnaroo this year, email me through the board. I'll be there and be a great way to hook up with some fellow BBSers.

Tortoise- "Millions Now Living Will Never Die." An old brilliant album that is back in my rotation.

Graham Coxon- "A+E." This rocks. A bit krautrock-y and brutal.

    Flying Colors - s/t (2012), a melodic progish affair
Jelly Jam - Shall We Descend (2011), third one from Ty Tabor's prog-ish supergroup
