    Spoiler'd for punnage.

If he returns this season it would be Lincredible.

Until then he'll be in a suit and Tyson!

Hopefully he won't need a Walker.

Hopefully the Knicks can Baron without him.

At least their back-up Fields in as a good replacement.

Hope his mind is strong when he returns, An-tho-ny.

I just knew the kid was going to get injure sooner or later by his aggressiveness and falling. What a shame that the injure will need surgery. I think he should have just rest the knee and let it heal on its on time instead of rushing to get the surgery in time for the PO if NY make it through.

Might have something to do with D'Antoni "riding him like the Secretariat".

If he's out for six weeks, by the time he comes back the Knicks will be done for the season even if they sneak into the playoffs.

Rudy Gay kept the ball outta Randolph's hands, Lin sets guys up.

    Looks like more iso-Melo.

Not be cynical, but do you think Melo is really disappointed by this? I bet he'll be happy to carry that scrub team with his 35 shots a game. Who knows, maybe he gets hot and the Knicks finish strong.

I'm sure Melo's thrilled and there will be nights when he'll unload and carry everyone.

But can he do it consistently? And how will he fare in a 7 game series against the top defenses? (Bulls or Heat)

Good news for our draft pick, because the Knicks will go back to iso-failure.
But bad news because I totally love Jeremy Lin.

This is terrible, can't believe people are happy with this even if this would drop the Knicks out of playoffs which is not going to happen. If NY made it with him, it would be interesting to see how he would handle the pressure, something fun to watch.

    Get well Jeremy!

Knicks still have Chandler, Melo and JR Smith. I doubt they can get past the Bulls but never know. It isnt as if they are completely lost. Melo seems to have finally shown up, JR Smith is no scrub and Chandler was a huge reason Dallas won it all last year. Lin may be able to make it back in time for the end of the 1st or 2nd round.

If they end up falling apart then it helps our draft pick. im okay either way.

You can't believe people are happy that this potentially improves the pick that the Rockets own from the Knicks? You're a strange duck. Maybe you should tweak your name to be Knicks Jones or Lin Jones.

Rockets fan = Votes for the Knicks downfall even though Lin is on their team.
Maybe wants it more because of Lin.

Not a Rockets Fan = What you said.

THey seem to be pushing this off as a really minor thing except isnt this the same surgery tmac had done in offseason after 07-08 playoffs. then 08-09 he couldnt play that whole season, culminating to the missed the dunk vs bucks and then chose microfracture?

So basically this is a simple surgery if you put in the hard work in rehab ye??
