The pot has grown 300m since last drawing, and with about 60% of the ticket sales going into the pot, there are 500m tickets out there. So probably two or three people will share it, but very unlikely 8. Anyway, that 300m would surely feel right at home in my pocket.

that's not true, is it? either way, you can just ask a friend or family member who is American to claim the prize for a small share :D

10 for myself, plus 130 with a group.

My dad's group threw in $100 each for 1000 chances.

You have to be a legal resident to win, you don't have to be a citizen.

We did photocopy all the tickets. Excel just makes it easy to find certain number sequences.

Its crazy how even 10,000 tickets aren't enough to up the odds significantly.

    Still .00005714% chance of winning.

To get 1%, one would need to purchase 17,500,000 tickets. LOL.

I've never understood why people wait to buy a ticket until there is 100+ million up for grabs. Is 20-30 million not enough to waste your dollar on when you have better odds of winning because less people are playing?

The odds are so minuscule even then that there is really no point. Besides...
    Its just for fun anyway.

I'm really not all hopes in winning the complete jackpot; I at least hope to get some numbers right to have a share in the dough
