BS foul - no place for that type of play - bundle up a guy yeah, but no need to throw him to the ground...
This is what you really wanted to say, right? Blake Griffin is on another team and a team from LA at that, so I hate him. Goran is a Rocket so he's a great human being and can walk on water. FIFY
Sad to see none of our Rockets stepped up to defend Gogi. Pathetic. I think if Camby would have been on the court he'd of done something but the rest? P*ssies.
Put down the crack pipe. Nate clearly wrappeded his arm around Dragic and through him to the ground while Dragic was defenseless and in the process of leaving the ground. This is not even debatable. Ask yourself this: would rather someone shoulder bump you to the ground while you were running on the ground, in control Or would you rather have someone grab you while you out of the air and throw you down to the ground and into a stanchion?
LOL. You can tell just from watching how he carries himself on the court, his body language, expressions, the sh** he says, the constant flopping, that Griffin is a douche. Don't pretend you can't... he makes it pretty damn obvious.
That's anything but true, Reeko. There have been countless moments where Rockets all gathered around the fallen player to help him up. I don't get to watch many games out here in CA, but I've seen the team help each other out too many times to believe what you're spouting.
That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about his teammates not sticking up for him! They pick up everyone when they get fouled but Goran got tackled and they didn't do ****. I miss the days when we had players that would stand up for one another. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/DQQcpWGC-xE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fsaqR6EO-lI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
@REEKO_HTOWN awww i totaly forgot that Nachbar was from Slovenia also, same as Dragic! I also remember some other awsome players from that country.. like: Nesterovic, Udrih, Vujacic
I see your point, except in the 2nd video, it was more about Nachbar sticking up for himself (which I loved - eff Malone), except for SF3 shoving Malone out of the way. But I do remember how players used to be more willing to stick up for their teammates and mix it up with team douches like Malone, etc. That's probably a result more of the league imposing a lot of rules and penalties to discourage players from leaving the bench or retaliating. You know McHale would have wanted something done about it if he could.
It was a play on the ball, therefore it was not a flagrant II. You saw this and said so yourself. A flagrant II is called when a player fouls a player flagrantly without making a play on the ball. Blake Griffin flopped. It should have just been a foul call. He bumped him with his shoulder un-intentionally and Griffin embellished it making it look flagrant, and since it wasn't a play on the ball, they called it a flagrant II. I don't agree with it, but technically the refs were right.
LOL. Yeah, the Rockets teammates didn't confront Nate because they couldn't see where he was with all the tall guys standing around him.
I don't mind any Rockets not going after Robinson. No need to really. It's not worth any additional punishments or fines. Instead, the Rockets went to go see if Gogi was okay.
back in the 90's fouls like these, you get up and continue playing, or you throw the ball in his face, and continue playing.
TrollTown and Griffin seem to share a lot of those qualities. I am not surprised he would be the one trying to defend him. in fact, replace troll town with Griffin in the sentence above:
