Check out this video of a guy in Holland who went in for hip surgery a couple years ago and came out with a weird affliction....he can't talk without laughing. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/FKNMmf8l15Q" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Apparently, the national anthem also makes him cry.
Clyde "Like clubbing baby seals!" Hugge "LOLOLOL" Clyde "You see Bill! I am funny! Heh heh heh" Bill (silence) Hugge "LOLOLOLOL"
Saw the title. Assumed it was this old gem. <iframe width="853" height="480" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/0HfuxgQJ8sk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I think the more interesting fact is that he is also speaking a foreign language as well due to the surgery.
Without waiting for the translation, I'm guessing he sustained some sort of neurological damage due to the anesthetic. Can anyone confirm?
The subtitles are a joke by the uploader, dutch guys confirmed this. They are fun as hell though, especially the parts about his angry wife and Ernie&Bert.
