Still seems like we need to make a trade if we want to develop this guy. I'm looking for Martin and Budinger to be packaged off in the offseason.

I think Parsons def. impacts the game in many more ways obviously, but Morris looked ok. You just cant run the offense through him and expect him to facilitate things like Parsons does. Nothing wrong with that, but I think its impossible to see him getting major minutes for the rest of the season as long as Parsons and Bud are healthy.

That being said, he played very smart, and his defense was pretty good. He's not ready yet to create off the dribble obviously so I think its best to assume he needs another summer and training camp to work on his game if he's going to seriously play the 3 next year.

But as a guy who watched him play alot last year at Kansas, I was impressed with how he is molding himself this much already to be a NBA wing player. He looked pretty natural out there. Def. worth keeping an eye out for 2012/2013.

Thats why I really wanted to trade Kmart. So we could move Bud to SG and Morris could get some quality minutes at SF

He looked very timid on offense (kinda hid in the corner too often, as if he was hoping no one would pass him the ball), and I would like to see him be more aggressive on the boards, but for his first real PT I think he did pretty well. Like others have said; he didn't make any stupid mistakes and didn't try to do too much. He needs to get more comfortable out there before we can really see what type of player he will be.

at least he is not trying fancy stuff, passes while he is out there. Better not impressive than terrible turnovers and passing to the stand....

I am actually glad he is not as active as Twill out there if you understand what I mean.

Not great word choice... I'm glad he's not making crazy mistakes... But I can't deny that I would love if he took some chances that panned out that got him some playing time from here on out, but I'll settle for playing well with little mistakes..

He looked solid. He played within in the team, which is a good sign of him focusing. His defense was solid, and he really didn't take a lot of shots.

if only Morris had Mac's long limbs he could dribble like a guard.

Wow! If this is the case, why wasn't he drafted #1? or #2? or #3? or #4? or #5? or #6? or #7? or #8? or #9? or #10? ...

It wouldn't make a difference. Tracy was a natural ball handler. Morris doesn't have that ability.

Nothing I saw justified the few chances he got to justify the lack of oppirtunity given to him ..

    Precisely.
Kevin Durant is a better comparison. Greg Oden was the bust here.
