Things don't have to be equivalent to be compared.

I think no matter what our personal beliefs are, a large percentage of people believe, and have valid arguments, that abortion ends the life of a human. Those who argue that the mom's right to her own body supersedes the rights of the baby, are starting with this assumption.

If you also start with that assumption and begin to compare the morality of abortion to terrorism, it will seem infinity more valid than if you view abortion as a routine medical procedure.
