Any prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys or other informed persons care to weigh in how this is actually used in practice? It doesn't seem like you could actually get convicted if you just needed to take a leak, but who knows on what facts a Lubbock prosecutor could bring a charge on. Additional specific facts and a better idea of the scope of conduct covered by this statute would be helpful.

There's a couple things I find amusing here.

1. There is a "CEO" position of the Lubbock division of Planned Parenthood. It makes you think it's the "CEO" of all of Planned Parenthood, but it's really just the Lubbock division. Clever.

2. That one lewd action (if true) by a member of Planned Parenthood somehow invalidates the entire organization and insinuates that they're bad. Such logic is... amusing at best.
