I love this logic here, sell all the high guys that are really contributing.... So that we keep all the low guys? Yea right, that's a winning formula.
The trick is to trade Lee when he's on fire for a player you wouldn't normally be able to aquire fore him.. Not trade him just to trade him.. It's really not BAD logic as long as you get a great deal.
Yes, considering that he's also an expiring, it would cost us more to keep him if he plays well. Whereas at the same time, his trade value would go up as well. Unless we can keep Lee for cheap, it makes more sense that we trade him when his value is high. Although given an option, I'd prefer to keep Lee for cheap instead.
Jonathan Feigen@Jonathan_Feigen Hearing that Kevin Martin, sitting out tonight with a strained right shoulder, has been very much in Rockets trade talks. later - Jonathan Feigen@Jonathan_FeigenReply No. Doubt Lee will be dealt, esp if Martin is. RT @texanfan2785: @Jonathan_Feigen do you think both Lee and Martin will dealt on Thursday? -Feigen is the closest thing to a source in the Rockets lockeroom. This is what he thinks mind you, but I believe it to as close to realistic source material as we can get from inside the Rockets lockeroom. Lets see what happens, but I have a feeling Martin is going to be dealt in a deal for Kaman that involves a third team. Just a hunch.
