Love this idea. I think we are giving up too much to the Bucks if we soak up the SJax salary though. I would like us to at least keep Hill, give up an 09er for filler.

And I think you are selling that lineup short.

    Bogut / Hill
    Gasol / Patterson / DMo
    Parsons / Bud / Morris
    Jackson / MLE FA
    Lowry / Llull

That is elite defense in the starting five. Pretty good offense. And your front court depth is pretty darn good too. If there is one thing Morey is really good at, it is finding undervalued bit players. I bet he could shore up the backcourt depth in the offseason. I think that team would have a solid 2-3 year window as a threat to come out of the West each year.

Great trades, ArtV. I know people would become ill watching Johnny Flynn start for us for a couple of weeks, but it's a sure way to keep our pick and get closer to #10-12 range instead of the 14th pick, again. Let Lowry and Bogut get healthy, then get ready to compete next year.

If Lowry and Scola could land us Gasol, then what other superstar player could they land us?

I'm thinking Bogut and gasol will land us Dwight on thursday or Bogut, Lowry, and Scola lands us Dwight.

Then what's the plan once Dwight walks out on us and inks w/ the Nets this summer?

Start over with the players and draft picks we have. We will have plenty of cap space also.

Tank! Shoot for the stars and if you miss tank baby tank!

And I say that without being a fan of tanking but for DHoward I'll be happy to take the risk.

I think the rockets should stay away from Howard. He's made it clear that he just wants to play with the nets next year.

I think we should just go for Bogut. Also see if we can get Josh Smith.

Or just blow it up and get cap space and draft picks

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I hope you're wrong.

Dwight wants NJ and his shoe-endorsement big-market dough-re-mi $$$. He doesn't want Houston and I don't want to be the fan of the jerkoff team that flushed the roster to rent DH12 for twenty some-odd games.

I am surprised there hasn't been more trade chatter out of New York...

seems like they would be itching to make a move

Untradeable, nobody wants that contract. The Knicks really screwed themselves. He might even be up for Amnesty in a year or two.

Hearing that Kevin Martin, sitting out tonight with a strained right shoulder, has been very much in Rockets trade talks.
