I would personally do it but the thunder can contend for a title without Howard so why risk your chemistry and two players...

Harden isn't overrated but I don't see why you wouldn't immediately jump on that. Extension or not that is a championship favorite. Flip Perk for a natural PF and depth (Scola and Bud?)
You gotta be nuts to not do that.
This team would win the title this year imo.
    WB/ Cook
    Thabo/Cook
    KD35/Bud
    Scola/Collison
    DH12/Collison

First off Ibaka isnt really asked to score and why would he with During and Westbrook on the team, Ibakas job is to play defensive and get blocks which he does very well. Harden is not overrated Harden plays pretty good defense and can score the ball well when given the opportunity.

Yes, and then I'd sign Steve Nash this summer. He'll be unrestricted, and looking to join a legitimate title contender.

    Nash
    Harden
    Durant
    Ibaka
    Howard

Ibaka CAN score, but he's not asked to with KD, WB and Harden on the team. I don't want to go on another Scott Brooks rant, but it blows my mind OKC allows Perkins 3-4 post-ups per game, most of which result in TOs. On the other hand, Ibaka isn't allowed any. He has post moves which are better than Perkins', but Brooks won't let him use them. As a rookie, Brooks told Ibaka not to shoot jumpers. His 2nd year, it took the Jeff Green trade for Ibaka to really show what he can do. Most people that know a dime about basketball have seen Ibaka's jumper, which is very good. He should get more opportunities.

Absolutely, I have actually been thinking about this exact same trade. I think it makes alot of sense for both teams.

Who is creating them for him then? Dwight post game has improved from where he was two years ago.

But to answer the OP's question no I wouldn't do this trade if I was Okc.

I wouldn't unless either Durant/WB isn't happy and demands a trade. You don't make major changes to the roster when you have the best record in the West.

Same as in, you highly doubt the truth behind this? ONE MORE TIME PEOPLE

Chris Mannix: Oklahoma City is not in the Dwight Howard sweepstakes. Not giving up Harden/Ibaka. Not happening. Twitter

If you still don't believe it, you can read the article I posted or the tweet by the magic insider. They are both on the first page. You must have missed them.

Whats the point in asking people if the Thunder would trade Westbrook for Howard, when in reality, they wont even trade Harden and Ibaka for him?
