I caught some of his training and wondered if it was something new he had tried this offseason. It could explain why he's playing better and doing things that were unexpected. I've been impressed with his athleticism.
yup i met Deron at a Apple store here in San Diego over the offseason. I joked with him to stop destroying the Rockets. Got a pic with him too. He seemed totally low key and seemed like a very nice person. Asked him about the lockout at the time and going over to play in Turkey. At the time he told he didnt think there was going to be a season. Guess he was wrong
He's a decent shooter. "Best shooter" is relative, for all you know none of the players the coach trained made it to the NBA. But I was more interested in Lin's focus on a quick release. That has helped him alot at the end of buzzers. Sportscience says he releases quicker than Ray Allen O_O

He's cut down on his turnovers the past two games tremendously with 3 and 4. Maybe there's less defensive pressure since Melo is back?
It has more to do with him not handling the ball as much. Before melo and jrsmith, Lin was the lone initiator or finisher of nearly all the Knick's plays, now he's able to pass the ball off and spot up and let Melo, Smith or Fields direct the offense. I wouldnt be suprise that as the season progress his turnovers per game number goes down, but his turnover ratio of (20%) remains about the same.
WOW $20,000+ for a Jeremy Lin card... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Jeremy-Lin-...Basketball&hash=item2c6326c457#ht_1908wt_1413

Lebron shut down DRose last year in the playoffs, will be eager to see what happens for him to check Lin.
This is how he made it as an NBA player, and probable star for years to come, hard work. Players like TWill could learn a lot from Mr. Lin. DD
i feel a bit guilty. Totally excited about the Heat vs Knicks game later. I havent been this excited about any Rockets game this year. Sigh... Also if Lebron checks Lin then Melo needs to step it up and score. Knicks can be a good team if Lin who I think has proven can continue to play at this level. They have their own big 3 now with a pretty good supporting cast. Lin - Playing the best of any Knick and the reason everyone else is playing better and saved their Season and Pringles job. Melo - One of the most dynamic scoreres in the league but can be a bit fo a headcase Stat - Struggling a bit and seems to have lost his explosiveness. Gets blocked several times every game but he should turn around. Then you have a supporting case of Chandler, Shumpert, JR Smith, Novak (cant beleive i typed that but the dude is shooting lights out from 3) and if Davis can get healthy they have a very awesome backup PG. Sad to say but because of Lin who we cut the Knicks are now currently > than the Rockets.
oh and how can i forget Landry Fields. That guy has all the intagibles that Battier is suppose to have but he has game and can score and set others up
