Will Yao be player of the week?
With 20.5pt, 13.3 reb per game

Darn, it is sweet to see Ming, Stevie, and Cat play on the same court. And it is just only the first time they play since Cat's return! That is 3 scoring options that may demand double-team? If the team chemstry heat up and the Rockets play smart, we may even have a shot at the Ring THIS year!

so happy about this win. lol

just a short question, is this the first game that yao had more points in 2nd half than 1st half? I asked this question in chat room and a couple of dude answered no, but I really can't recall any previous game yao did this... anyone enlighten me, pls?

and don't you all think we should draft yao junior next year? that would be the biggest steal in the bbal history!! :) :) :)

probably need to wait to 20 years for this steal to start producing though. lol

    good game rockets.

There is a whole host of reasons. Yao is intimidating in the paint, everyone is playing hard. The zones are making a big difference, and the team looks like they actually know what they are supposed to be doing. We actually rotate now, unlike last season when rotate meant turn around to watch our opponents shot an uncontested layup. We are also not giving up constant offensive rebounds.

I just have one comment to make. The Rockets are better with Mobley than without him. That is all.

Who noticed the defensive wrap-up of the ball (timeout), not assuming you got
the turn-over (Moochie), and the defensive stop that caused the 24 second clock
to run out for the 76ers?

It was the defense on Snow that broke up that play...

Some might think that' not worth much. But playing defense for 24 seconds
    is hard!

By the way, we had 5 players in double figures.

Moohie, KT had 6 assists. Mobley had 4!!! (Holy cow!) And Francis had 7.

So, there was a lot of ball sharing. This is good.

I love team assist, rather than player assist.

I think they are close right now even though it will be very clearer very soon.
I like Cato's job, working almost part-time but getting double pay.

    good prediction :D

on another note, this is what's on cc's front page

    Pts: Francis 20, Ming 18, Mobley 16
    Reb: Ming 12, Thomas 7, Francis 5
    Asst: Francis 7, Thomas 6, Norris 6

Why only Yao is mention by his first name? clutchcity shouldn't make such mistake.

Also, I think 18/12 will be Yao's season avg! :)
