I usually do egg whites on a piece of toast. I grab a yogurt shake from the fridge and a sugar free redbull. the Red bull is for after lunch.

I think part of it is because I don't change my sheets every night or sleep in an isolation chamber set at room temperature. I don't know if that applies to every other person in the industrialized world or not.

I'm in college, so I usually wake up two hours before class. I try to go to sleep 8 hours before I wake up the next morning (again, depending on when my class is). I shower in the mornings. No a/c in the dorm so I sweat sometimes when I sleep. Plus I just feel gross when I wake up, and my hair is all messed up. So I shower in the morning.

Typically breakfast for me is a
    -bowl of cereal
-buttered toast with jam, PB, nutella, or honey
-fruit and cheese (apple, banana, berries, grapes, etc.)

I seldom drink coffee since this meal provides plenty of energy for the day to keep me active and awake.

I workout after I wake up. Multiple shower heads + hot water = excellent for shaving, keeping skin acne-free, and giving you the extra boost to start the day.

I don't get "bed head" because my hair is too long to stick up funny, but it can use a combing/brushing to remove any tangles and pieces of fuzz that it picked up from the bed, or from the towel used the night before. I usually don't take my shower last thing before bed so that my hair can have time to dry most of the way before bed.

Breakfast is either cereal or a breakfast Hot Pocket - I know, gross, but often I want to get to work first and then take care of other stuff like eating etc. I never eat any kind of breakfast that takes effort to prepare. I need what little energy I have for getting dressed, grabbing my stuff, and pushing myself out the door. Some people just wake up ready to go, and pop out of bed fully alert. I do not.

lol so true about Asians not showering in the morning. You can always tell their hair isn't well kept and manicured like my own, but rather disheveled due to sleeping on it.

I never leave the house in the morning without having taken a shower.

I go to bed whenever. It varies wildly. Could be anywhere from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. I get up anywhere between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. I am on constant jet lag. Can't be very healthy.

I would imagine showering before bed has the added benefit of exfoliating your skin cells and not sleeping in your own musk. Those that only shower in the morning don't get that.

I do a lot of random pickup athletics (basketball, hockey, tennis), so I usually shower after a planned event. I deal with bedhead by just washing my hair and face quickly.

up at 430am, out of the house by 530. The commute from Conroe to the med center or baytown depending on where I'm sent that day is a PITA. I usually get to work 30 minutes early and sit to eat breakfast. Work is from 7 to 345. Usually in bed by 10pm.

I was getting worried for a minute that I was the only one with this pattern. Earliest I have to be at work is 10AM, even on those days I stay up till 4 or 5AM. So it's either 4 hours of sleep or 10.

I think I have a serious sleep problem though, it takes hours, like 3 or 4 for me to fall asleep. I could go lay in bed at 11 or 12, but without a doubt I'll look at my phone and it's past 3 and I'm still wide awake. No TV in my bedroom and no lights.

I do it only and specifically for my hair. I use a thickening mousse, hair has to be wet for me to put it in. Hair is naturally dry so just wetting it in the morning doesn't work.
