We're in overtime if the refs decided to call bearhugs a foul. Apparently, that rule is changed when it's the Lakers. I should've seen it coming...

Lakers overcome 28 point deficit at half

Amazing game. Just simply amazing. Kobe Bryant once again comes through with a gamewinner.

Never underestimate the heart of Champions

Lakers 105. Dallas 103. Biggest comeback in NBA history with 28 points at the half.

No one want to see the Lakers at playoff first round.

Now Mark Cuban knows what it is like to be a Houston Oiler fan.

    I LOVE IT !!!!!!

Rocks don't lose any ground in the division tonight, and Dallas' pyschy has to be shaken.

What collapse, I mean WOW! Not to take away anything from the Lakers, that was a great comeback, but the Mavs just choked. If they execute their offense at least decently and don't tighten up they get out of there with a win. If not for Nash's shots early and Nick Van Exel the Lakers might have put it away a minute or so earlier. How do you blow a 28 point halftime lead?

George had the ball in his grasp the entire time.

Yeah, forgive me for complaining when the refs miss an obvious bearhug in the last minute of a game.

His hand was all over Lafrentz's arm, and he was hanging over his back. That's a foul.

Did you see the BS calls the Lakers were getting earlier in the game? I've seen the Lakers get favorable calls, but the calls getting called against the Lakers were garbage. Guys knocking the ball out of Shaq's hands yet it being called out on him, charges, touch fouls, the officiating was bad on BOTH sides. Plain and simple the Mavs choked that game away and didn't execute. There's not enough incompetent or corrupt officials in the world to cost you a 30 point lead.

That was an over the back foul there's not question about that, George went over his back and a foul should have been called, but that isn't what cost the Mavs that game. The officiating was horrible in that game but the Mavs dominated the majority of that game, but it doesn't mean jack if you don't seal the deal.

    I love it too,

I saw that Oiler game in the 1992 playoffs. The Mavs choked, refs were not to blame.

Lets just hope when the Rockets get their chance against the Lakers, they do not do the same thing. If the past is any indication, they won't.

Lakers just wrapped up their fourth title title tonight in my opinion.

The officials know the Lakers are going to make their charge come the fourth quarter, and that's when the calls matter. When the Lakers went on their run, they got everything. Horry had a major, major flop... and Bradley was fouled about a minute before that when he was hit on the back of the head after getting a rebound. Games aren't decided in the first three quarters: they are decided late in the fourth. (for the record, I only saw the last one and a half) And it was pretty one-sided.

Cat, no doubt that should have been called a foul.....

...but that is not the reason the Mavs lost.

You see, The Mavs should have never let it come to the bearhug.

Had they had any killer instinct whatsoever, they would have taken care of business like a best team in the league should.

It was the Mavs choking, and not the refs, that cost the Mavs the game.
