Dead Space and Dead Space 2 is a great first person shooting game. It also has awesome graphics and it scares the ***** out of you!
Demon's Souls/Dark Souls. IMO those round out the top 3 on the PS3, along with Valkyria Chronicles. El Shaddai and Catherine are recent ones that come recommended as well. El Shaddai is simple but satisfying. Catherine is great if you happen to like both anime and high-pressure puzzles (definitely in the "not for everyone" category though). Don't know if you mean recent or not, but there's tons of good stuff on there... Flower, Scott Pilgrim, Shank, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Trine, Pacman DX, Super Stardust, the Worms games. And if you missed them on the 360... Braid, LIMBO and Castle Crashers are awesome as well.
Really liked the Scott pilgrim game reminds me of the simpsons arcade game. Also resident evil 2 is pretty sweet cause 2 disc
I played a game on ps3 some time back but cant remember the name. It was a shooter game and I was able to command my own troops like send two guys that way and the rest of them come with me. We went out and completed missions. Would this happen to be the 1st Bad Company?
Cant believe no one has mentioned Killzone yet. If your asking about PS3 game then don't know why people were mentioning COD lol. I still play the game today trying to achieve General. It takes about a year of playing to get there and still find the game very very fun. Graphics are as if i had just bought a new game.
I think Hell's Highway in late 2008 was the only one released on PS3 so far. I quite enjoyed that one myself. They're coming out with another one this year, but it sounds like they'll be making it less sim-like and make it more over-the-top action, which I don't know if I care for. We'll see.
Yep. Hells Highway was awesome. I started playing COD MW3 yesterday. Its pretty cool. My PS3 was out of commission I thought it was dead but turns out it was the laser that died so I got it fixed so I'm behind on gaming.
