I'm going to my clutchfans education to the test. Story is about the Philippines. There is a traffic cop present which means there are traffic laws. Based on what I've learned from clutchfans, cops and traffic laws only exist in states where there is no income tax. I therefore can logically assume that the Philippines does not have an income tax. Can someone verify?
Always glad to see someone enjoy their job like that. Reminds me of this guy: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/6KlNJUOcSDs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The Philippines has a progressive taxation system. This means that the more you earn, the more your are taxed. There is a limit of course on how much can be taxed. Max is 30%. Income in the country is taxed. There are different kinds of income. Some income are taxed on gross and some on net. Ergo yes.
If you've ever been to Manila, you'll know the traffic there is GOD-AWFUL. This doesn't encourage the idea that the Philippines is taking that issue seriously.
When I was about 17, I used to take supplementary classes at a school within the outskirts of Manila, which usually can be reached by a 15 minute bus ride, but the Monday to Friday (especially Friday) traffic can extend it to 1.5 hours. Now I'm 27 and things pretty much haven't changed in 10 years. On the bright side, this gentleman's club takes only 10 minutes by car from my home.
