This is really a pointless thread and I'm sorry for wasting server space, but it holds the potential to yield a pretty good story or two... So here's the dilly yo: My little sister works at Royal Oaks Country Club on Westheimer (I think - I don't live in Houston anymore and have never been there myself), and among her workplace's more famous members is Glen Rice. He goes there all the time, according to her...but policy won't allow her to treat a member like anything other than a member (i.e. get an autograph or take a picture with the dude). But since none of us here work there apparently, anyone who lives in that area should stalk that mofo. To add on that, she also said the entire Rockets team ("Even Yao Ming" to quote her) recently went down there in some sort of team bonding deal and played a round of golf. So keep an eye out on this spot for us if you have the resources to do so... EDIT: While I'm at it I should mention one of my best friends who works at Central Market tells me how he sees Rudy Tomjanovich down there while he's working in the chef's case. I'll tell the two of these guys to give me a heads up the next time they see one of these Rockets. When (if) they call me and let me know they're wherever, I'll resurrect this thread and tell y'all who's where in case someone's in the area.
Perhaps you might want to say stop by here.... and you might be able to catch Glen Rice and other Rockets. Makes you sound less like a freak.
Oh, but DallasThomas, I work at Royal Oaks and WILL be working there over this winter break. What is your sister's name, and what department does she work in? I know just about everyone, unless she started working there this fall. BTW, Glen Rice's house is on the 7th hole.
